What is your
turn-around time?
We complete most offset press projects within 5-7
working days. We complete most digital color print projects in 1-3
working days. Scheduling is based upon print-ready artwork being
provided by the client.
Do you offer rush
service?
Yes, we strive to meet all client deadlines. Depending upon the
deadline, quantity and complexity of the project, expect a 20% to
50% additional charge over quote pricing.
What are your payment terms and options?
New customers are required to deposit 50% of the total quoted price.
The balance plus applicable tax is due upon completion.
We accept major credit cards, cash, check or money order. Open
Credit Account terms are Net 30 Days upon approved credit check.
What happens if I cancel my order?
If you start an order with us, we hope you will
follow-through. However, we understand sometimes orders must be
cancelled. Creative work, file processing and proofs are not
free. Cancelled orders will be invoiced for labor and
materials used prior to cancellation.
Refunds will be issued for deposits received on orders over $100.00,
less time and materials used prior to cancellation.
Orders that sit idle for 30-days will be
considered cancelled and billed for labor and materials used.
Deposits for orders under $100.00 are
non-refundable.
