Our Guarantees

We will complete your project in accordance with industry-wide standards for color and registration. Since monitor calibration and ink jet color proof accuracy vary widely, we run to uniform ink levels and a "pleasing color" standard.

If you find an error introduced by us, or any other manufacturing defect, simply call us for return instructions. When we get your job back, we will reprint it at no cost to you, from your original file. 

Although we try to catch and correct all errors prior to printing, this guarantee does not cover customer errors like incorrect copy, poor photography, scans or file improper construction. In those instances, you will be responsible for reprinting costs.
